Our team also arranges outings, provides companionship, and helps with managing appointments. What can Coastal Concierges help me with?

We offer a wide variety of services, including errand running, transportation to appointments, home organization, technical assistance, move management, home services, administrative assistance, meal prep, and more! If you don’t see what you are looking for just ask.

What are your fees?

We charge $25 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours per visit, so get your honey-do list ready! Purchased items, like groceries, are not included in the hourly price.

We would be happy to speak to you about subscriptions.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

We are happy to work with you to reschedule appointments as works into our prebooked calendar. Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellations or changes.

Where are you located?

Our office is in Jacksonville Beach, but we service clients in Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach and some areas of Jacksonville.

Can Coastal Concierges help me with medical care?

We are not medical professionals. We cannot help with medical issues. We can help with chores and errands if you are recovering from a medical issue.

Can I schedule an appointment for someone else?

Certainly! We often work with loved ones and friends that could use a little extra help, just please be sure to reach out and make sure this is a service they would be interested in.
